Bär & Karrer with BU on MDT technologies acquisition
Bär & Karrer has advised BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital on the acquisition of a majority stake in MDT technologies, a European provider of building automation solutions.
In connection with the deal, German law firm Poellath advised the management of MDT technologies.
The completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
