BuildTec Software Group acquires Sorba Edv: the advisors

Bär & Karrer advised BuildTec Software Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, on Sorba Edv acquisition, a provider of specialist construction software in Switzerland. Niederer Kraft Frey (“NKF”) advised the founders and shareholders of Sorba Edv.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to BuildTec Software in this transaction.
