Bär & Karrer advises Deutsche Beteiligungs (DBAG) on Investment in UNITY.
The publicly listed Deutsche Beteiligungs (DBAG) is investing in the internationally established consulting firm UNITY – Aktiengesellschaft für Unternehmensführung und Informationstechnologie (UNITY).
A fund advised by DBAG has acquired a controlling interest in UNITY AG, although the transaction is still subject to approval by antitrust authorities.
