Bär & Karrer with DSM-Firmenich on majority stake sale in Robertet

Bär & Karrer has advised DSM-Firmenich on the Swiss legal aspects of the sale of the majority of its indirect stake in Robertet, a manufacturer of flavours, fragrances, and natural extracts. The transaction closed on 19 November 2024.

Robertet, a French company with over two centuries of history, specializes in aromatic plants and spices, and is a recognized leader in the natural ingredients industry.
