Orange Cyberdefense acquires Ensec: the advisors
French company Orange Cyberdefense completed the acquisition of Zurich-based Ensec. In connection with the deal, Bär & Karrer advised the shareholders of Ensec, while Schellenberg Wittmer represented the buyer Orange Cyberdefense.
The parties
Headquartered in Zurich, Ensec provides cybersecurity services for businesses, with a particular focus on security consulting, system integration and managed security.
Paris-based Orange Cyberdefense is the cybersecurity subsidiary of the Orange Group.
