Bär & Karrer advised Interact Media Group, publisher of the Swiss news portal Nau.ch, in connection with the acquisition of Zeitungshaus.
Headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, Zeitungshaus publishes a total of twenty-two regional free newspapers with a print run of 700,000 copies.
