Bär & Karrer with Mercuria Energy Group on joint venture with Eni
Bär & Karrer advised Mercuria Energy Group, an independent energy and commodity group active globally, as the company entered in a joint venture with integrated energy company Eni, to combine their respective global energy trading business.
The joint venture will bring together the physical and financial trading operations of both groups across oil, LNG, LPG, natural gas and biofuels, as well as associated shipping and storage activities.
