Bär & Karrer with Ortlinghaus on EM+H division sale to Stüwe
Bär & Karrer advised the Ortlinghaus Group on the sale of its EM+H division to Stüwe Switzerland via a carve-out process.
The division in question comprehends the production and sale of electromagnetic brakes and clutches as well as pneumatic toothed clutches and other trade goods.
