Bär & Karrer with Oxford University Press on S. Karger acquisition

Bär & Karrer advised Oxford University Press, as the publishing house of the University of Oxford signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in S. Karger, a Basel-based specialist publisher focusing on medical and scientific publications. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.
