Bär & Karrer with Raben on joint founding of Raben Sieber

Bär & Karrer advised Raben Group and Sieber Transport on their partnership to jointly establish Raben Sieber, a new company that will provide an extensive groupage transport network across Switzerland and Europe. The deal will take effect on the 1st of March 2025.

The main goal of this step is to integrate Raben existing international network with Sieber domestic solutions. Moreover, adding Switzerland to Raben’s map is the last step in closing the DACH (Germany (D), Austria (A), and Switzerland (CH) structures under one roof. Raben Sieber will create an integrated network of groupage domestic and international road transportation in Switzerland and abroad. The conglomerate’s size will allow extensive geographical coverage, short delivery times, and a high level of process transparency.

For Raben Group, this is another strategic step in consistently building an independent groupage network in Europe. The 15 markets where the operator already has its locations and transportation system will now be joined by Switzerland
