Helvetica acquires Statron: the advisors
Swiss investment firm Helvetica Capital completed the acquisition of Statron. In connection with the deal, Valfor advised the buyer, while Bär & Karrer advised Statron’s ownership.
The company
Headquartered in Maegenwil, Statron is an internationally active provider of power supply systems (UPS) as well as battery and energy storage solutions.
