Bär & Karrer with Summa Equity on NetGuardians’ acquisition

Bär & Karrer advises Summa Equity, a Stockholm-based private equity firm that invests in companies solving global challenges, acquired NetGuardians, a Swiss-based company specialising in AI-driven fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions.

Bär & Karrer is the legal advisor to Summa Equity in this transaction.
