Bär & Karrer with TE Connectivity on completion of cross border merger
TE Connectivity, advised by Bär & Karrer, announced the completion of the cross-border merger of TE Connectivity, a stock corporation organised under the laws of Switzerland listed on the NYSE, into TE Connectivity plc, a public limited company organised under the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

About the cross-border merger
