Bär & Karrer with Team.blue on investment in Windsor Group

Bär & Karrer advised Team.blue on its strategic investment in Windsor Group, the operator of a Swiss AI-powered data integration and marketing attribution platform for businesses across Europe. Pursuant to the deal, Team.blue becomes a strategic partner alongside the existing shareholders.
