Team.blue invests in Windsor Group: the legal advisors
Team.blue, a provider of AI-powered digital products and services for small and medium-sized busineseses, completed a strategic investment in Windsor Group, the operator of a Swiss AI-powered data integration and marketing attribution platform for businesses across Europe. In connection with the operation, Bär & Karrer advised Team.blue, while Wenger Vieli represented Windsor Group.
Pursuant to the deal, Team.blue becomes a strategic partner alongside the existing shareholders.
