Bär & Karrer with TeamSystem on Arca24.com acquisition

Bär & Karrer advised technology company TeamSystem, a specialist in digital solutions for management of businesses and professionals, on the acquisition of Swiss-based Arca24.com , a software house specialised in the development and commercialization of software and innovative services for digitalization of HR processes.
