Bär & Karrer with Tertianum on Senevita acquisition
Bär & Karrer is advising Tertianum throughout its acquisition of Senevita.
The Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO) has approved the transaction, which involves two Swiss providers in the field of residential care and nursing for the elderly. Closing is planned for the first quarter of 2026
