Bär & Karrer with UBS on Swisscard stake sale to American Express Swiss Holdings

Bär & Karrer advised UBS Switzerland in connection with the sale of its 50% stake in Swisscard to American Express Swiss Holdings. Previously, UBS and Swisscard had completed the transition of Swisscard’s Credit Suisse branded card portfolios to UBS.
