Bär & Karrer: Wüest Partner acquires Signa-Terre and Khephren

Wüest Partner, on its growth path, has acquired a majority stake in Signa-Terre and 100% of Khephren. With this step, the group strengthens its position in the field of holistic sustainability solutions and digital products for the real estate industry. The new combination of different core competencies creates a strong foundation to support real estate industry players even more broadly in the process of decarbonisation and digitalisation.

Founded in 2008 in Geneva, Signa-Terre has successfully established itself in the fields of collecting and processing energy consumption data from real estate properties and in the planning of renovation cycles. Khephren, founded in 2016 also in Geneva as a joint venture of Signa-Terre, Acanthe, and BG Ingénieurs Conseils, established a reputation for developing an independent, efficient, and innovative platform. The SaaS application is designed to enable intuitive review and control of the financial, technical and energy status of real estate portfolios.

Also in July 1, 2023, Wüest Partner incorporated QualiCasa into its group to further expand the range of services along the entire real estate value chain and strengthen the position as a leading center for construction expertise.

Bär & Karrer acted as the legal advisor to Wüest Partner in these transactions.
