BDO Switzerland advised Rigips in Akustikmodular’s acquisition

Rigips has acquired Akustikmodular, a Switzerland-based company engaged in acoustic solutions for interiors, for an undisclosed consideration.

The team 

The BDO team in Zurich supported Rigips as Due Diligence Advisor during the takeover process of Akustikmodular. In the context of this acquisition, BDO conducted a financial, tax and IT due diligence and acted as lead advisor and legal advisor for Rigips. As for the legal advice the team included Klaus Krohmann (pictured).
