Baker McKenzie advises Beaumier on its acquisition of three hotels

Hotel group Beaumierhas completed the acquisition of three hotels in Wengen, in the canton of Berne, Switzerland. The hotels are located in the center of the village. Beaumier took over the three hotels in Switzerland’s Alpine region for an undisclosed amount.
