BGPartner announces new Middle East Desk led by Alain P. Röthlisberger

BGPartner Attorneys-at-law announced the opening of their Middle East Desk. The new addition will provide services to Swiss companies intending to invest in the Middle East (incl. Saudi Arabia) as well as gulf region corporations and individuals connected to Switzerland. The desk will cater to corporations as well as high net worth individuals.

The Middle East Desk is headed by Alain P. Röthlisberger (pictured) who has previously served in Saudi Arabia.

The Middle East Desk covers all legal aspects, such as advice and support related to investments in the Middle East or Switzerland, due diligences, m&a transactions, set-up and incorporation of joint ventures and subsidiaries, drafting of cooperation agreements, translation of documents, handling of commercial disputes or application for work and residence permits.

BGPartner has recently been rebranded and changed its name from Bader Gnehm & Partner.
