BianchiSchwald advises BPD Zenith on acquisition

BDP Zenith, one of the world’s leading provider’s of enterprise asset management solutions, has recently acquired EAM Swiss GmbH and EAM MaaS AG, dedicated to maximizing the benefits of businesses software solutions.

BPD Zenith will expand its service offerings and technological capabilities thanks to the EAM solutions. BianchiSchwald acted as legal counsel for BPD Zenith in this acquisition.
