BianchiSchwald advises Viacom18 in media rights agreement with IOC

Viacom18 Media Private Limited has secured the exclusive media rights to broadcast the Olympic Games Paris 2024, plus non-exclusive rights to the Winter Youth Olympic Games Gangwon 2024, in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The company, a joint venture of Viacom and Network18 Group, has secured exclusive media rights to broadcast the next Olympic Games, which will be held in Paris in 2024, in India and the subcontinent region.

BianchiSchwald has advised Viacom18 in the media rights agreement with the International Olympic Committee with a team consisting of Christoph Gasser, Despina Mavromati and Philippe Boss (IP and Sport).
