BKW Building solutions acquires IT service provider UMB. The advisors

BKW acquires the UMB Group, an independent full-service IT provider in the Swiss market with around 500 employees at 11 locations and sales in the low three-digit million range.

With this acquisition, BKW is taking a significant step in the implementation of its growth strategy in the IT services business. Combined with the IT companies that are already part of the BKW Group, this acquisition makes BKW one of the leading providers in this important growth market, both in terms of its range of services and its sales.

UMB will remain an independent company and continue to operate in the market under the UMB brand
