Blue Sail Medical has completed the acquisition of NVT: the advisor

Blue Sail Medical, a Chinese medical device company, listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange, has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire NVT on 20 September 2019. NVT develops, manufactures and markets medical devices for interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery for minimally invasive treatment of valvular heart disease. After receipt of the required regulatory permits and completion of the agreed carve-out the transaction was closed on 8 June 2020.

The team
