Lenz & Staehelin with BNP Paribas on the sale of Geneva based property

BNP Paribas (Suisse) has completed the sale and lease-back of its property located on Place de Hollande in Geneva. The transaction, with a value of approximately CHF 270 million, was signed and closed on October 14/15, 2021.
