The Body Shop Switzerland renews its franchise agreement. The advisor

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to The Body Shop Switzerland in the negotiations of the new franchise agreement and its various side contracts.  After ten years of successful cooperation between The Body Shop Switzerland and The Body Shop International Ltd. the parties decided to renew their cooperation.

The Body Shop is a British retail chain for cosmetic products and part of the Brazilian cosmetics retail group Natura & Co. It advertises its renunciation of animal testing and its adherence to other ethical principles. The Body Shop Switzerland, a subsidiary of the Coop Group, headquartered in Uster, Zurich, is a successful franchisee of The Body Shop International.
