Bogensberger and Delgado join Junod Muhlstein Lévy & Puder 

Sylvain Michael Bogensberger (pictured), SBA specialist in inheritance law, and Danilo Delgado (pictured), certified tax expert joined Junod Muhlstein Lévy & Puder.

Bogensberger has more than 25 years of experience, advises Swiss and international clients on inheritance and family law matters, international private law and tax issues along with estate planning. He is also involved in corporate and contract law and sports law.  Bogensberger is an FSA specialist in inheritance law and is recognised as a Swiss expert in property matters. Prior to joining Junod Muhlstein,Lévy & Puder Bogensberger’s most recent assignment was with THEVOZ Avocats Sarl and,  before that, Kellerhhals Carrard. 

Delgado has over 15 years of experience and specialises in Swiss and International tax law. He advises both companies and individuals on cantonal and federal direct and indirect taxes, as well as international double taxation agreements.  Prior to joining Junod Muhlstein Lévy & Puder Delgado’s most recent assignment was with T&CO SA Avocats and THEVOZ Avocats Sarl before that. 

Both appointments have an effective date of January 1, 2021.
