Borel & Barbey appoints Marine Geisler as partner

Borel & Barbey has appointed Marine Geisler (pictured) as partner, effective 1 January 2027. Geisler, who advises companies and private clients on employment and social security law, started her career at the firm.

Practice focus

Geisler advises on all aspects of employment and social security law. Her work includes drafting contractual documents and structuring complex remuneration schemes. She also conducts internal investigations and handles corporate restructurings and business transfers, as well as individual and collective dismissals.

Background and role

Geisler joined Borel & Barbey at the start of her career and has remained with the firm. In addition to her advisory work, she regularly represents clients before authorities and courts.
