Borel & Barbey with LunaJets on group reorganisation

Borel & Barbey advised private jet charter services specialist LunaJets on a reorganisation of the group.

The context

The operation in question entailed the creation of a new top holding company, LunaAviation Holding. The newly formed entity holds all 8 subsidiaries of the group in Europe and the Middle East. Alongside Luna Aviation Holding, the company has set up LunaSolutions, a private jet transactions business.

 The Borel & Barbey lineup included Arnaud Cywie, Vincent Berger (pictured), Jérémie Sommaruga (tax) and Jérôme-Edouard de Vergnies (corporate/M&A).
