Legrand acquires Amperio Project: the advisors

French industrial group Legrand has completed the acquisition of Swiss busbar systems specialist Amperio Project. In connection the transaction, Borel & Barbey advised the selling part, while Loyens & Loeff represented the buyer.

The parties

Based in Murten, Switzerland, Amperio specialises in the design, supply, and installation of busbar systems for power distribution and employs approximately 20 people.

Headquartered in Limoges, France, Legrand specialises in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
