Borel & Barbey with Siliance Capital on FINMA licence

Borel & Barbey advised Siliance Capital throughout obtaining its licence from FINMA as a collective asset manager, in connection with its relocation from Luxembourg to Switzerland.

The wealth management specialist – established in 2012 – moved from Hesperange to Geneva.
