Corient acquires Stonehage Fleming & Stanhope: the advisors
US-based wealth advisor Corient has completed the acquisition of both independent multi-family office Stonehage Fleming and Stanhope Capital Group – a globally active investment firm with headquarters in Geneva.
In connection with the deal, Borel & Barbey advised Stanhope Capital Group, while Walder Wyss, alongside Skadden as international lead counsel, advised Corient.
