Borel & Barbey with Swissroc on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio

Borel & Barbey acted as legal advisors for Swissroc Investment on the acquisition of an industrial and logistics real estate portfolio of five properties in Switzerland. The transaction, totaling nearly 50 million CHF (including upcoming CAPEX), is part of the optimization and strategic redeployment of BMS’s outlets, owned by BME Group. The acquisition took place at the end of March 2021

The Borel & Barbey team consisted of Luca Bozzo (pictured), Paul Hanna, Anne-Sophie Collomb and Yannick Fernandez.
