Boris Räber new partner at Advokatur am Rosenberg

Boris Räber joins Advokatur am Rosenberg from Walder Wyss, where he becomes a partner. He has many years of experience in national and international m&a transactions as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. As an experienced corporate lawyer, Boris Räber regularly advises start-ups and investors on financings (equity and debt), participation plans, exits and the legal issues of day-to-day business.

He also assists companies at Advokatur am Rosenberg in shareholder disputes, reorganisations, relocations and other corporate law issues and in the area of corporate governance. When advising boards of directors and management, clients also benefit from his experience as a board member and managing director in more than a dozen companies from a wide range of industries.

Räber completed his legal internship at VISCHER in Zurich in 2011-2012, worked at Schellenberg Wittwer from 2013-2014 and practised law at Walder Wyss in Zurich from 2014-2022.
