Bär & Karrer advises dsm-firmenich on SIX listing

Bär & Karrer advised Dsm-firmenich, as the company with headquarters in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, and Maastricht, Netherlands, completed the listing of its shares on SIX Swiss Exchange, adding a second trading venue to its existing listing on Euronext Amsterdam.

The shares trade under the ticker symbol DSFIR. Based on the opening price of CHF 62.80 per share, the company’s market capitalisation stood at approximately CHF 15.9 billion at the time of listing.

As part of the listing, dsm-firmenich will be included in the Swiss Performance Index (SPI) and SPI Extra.
