Bratschi advises Collectius in the launch of its partnership with IFC

Bratschi advised Collectius, the pan-Asian pioneer in debt management, in the launch of its partnership with IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. The partnership comprises a USD 60 million platform solely dedicated to acquiring and resolving unsecured debt in Asia. The transaction included a minority equity investment of IFC into Collectius as well as an English law governed loan granted by IFC to one of Collectius’ subsidiaries.
