Bratschi advises PSP Swiss Property for a hotel lease agreement in Berne
PSP Swiss Property Ltd, one of Switzerland’s leading real estate companies, has signed a long-term hotel lease with SV Group for the historic Hotel Metropole in the city center of Bern. The hotel is currently being refurbished and renovated and will open in summer 2022 under SV Group’s “Stay Kooook” brand.
