Bratschi appoints new partners

Bratschi appoints new partners this season. Livio Bundi, Andreas Brenner and Samuel Jost have been appointed partners at the law firm.

Livio Bundi (pictured left) strengthens the Public Law department in THE Zurich office. Bundi deals with a wide range of issues relating to constitutional and administrative law. He mainly advises and represents clients in the areas of health law, personnel law, public procurement and (professional) education law, social security law, migration law and procedural law. Livio Bundi also has broad experience in the area of state organisation and public finance law. Prior to this, he was an auditor at the Cantonal Court of Zuf and worked also at Bär & Karrer.

Andreas Brenner (pictured centre) and Samuel Jost (pictured right) will support the St.Gallen office. Brenner’s practice focuses on public and private construction law, tenancy law and general contract law. In particular, he advises and assists private individuals and companies in defending their interests in matters relating to planning and authorisation procedures. From the other side, Samuel Jost specialises in commercial law issues and practices primarily in the areas of contract law, corporate law, distribution law and competition law. He combines legal expertise with many years of experience in a renowned commercial law firm ( as Schellenberg Wittmer and Siegrist Ries & Partner) as well as in an internationally active company in the pharmaceutical industry (he was Legal Counsel at Vetter Pharma-Fertigungand) thus understands the need for pragmatic and holistic solutions.
