Bratschi on Viking Cruises’ USD720M Unsecured Notes Issuance

Bratschi provides legal counsel to The Viking Cruises Group in the issuance of USD 720 million Unsecured Notes. The transaction was facilitated by Joint Book-Running Managers including Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, and BNP Paribas. 

Bratschi acted as Swiss legal advisor to Viking Cruises Group in this transaction with a team led by Thomas Peter (pictured) and included Barbara Jecklin and Nadine Wanner (capital markets and finance) as well as Michael A. Barrot and Kerem Altay (tax). Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom acted as lead counsel to the issuer.
