Bratschi welcomes Michael Suter and Niklaus Hutzli as new partners
As of March 2021, Bratschi welcomes Michael Suter (pictured left) and Niklaus Hutzli (pictured right) as new partners in Bern.
Niklaus Hutzli advises private individuals and companies on civil law issues with a focus on construction and real estate law as well as on contractual and corporate law issues. He is licensed as a notary public for the Canton of Bern and regularly notarizes commercial, real estate and family law transactions.
Michael Suter advises private individuals and companies on civil law issues with a focus on inheritance law, as well as construction and real estate law. In addition, he has many years of experience as a member of the boards of directors of family-run companies.
