Bratschi with PSP Swiss Property on hotel project in Zurich

Bratschi advised PSP Swiss Property on the contractual negotiations in connection with the planned conversion of the «RED» office building at the Löwenbräu site in Zurich into a hotel with 173 rooms. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2028.

The hotel will be operated by the German hotel group Althoff Hotels under its “Urban Loft” brand. This will be the brand’s third location after Cologne and Berlin, and its first location in Switzerland.
