Bratschi with Rugenbräu’s sellers on succession planning
Bratschi advised the sellers of historic Bernese brewery Rugenbräu on succession planning.
In particular, two members of the company’s management board, CEO Remo Kobluk and CFO Christian Schneiter, are taking over the traditional brewery, together with Bernese entrepreneur Bernard Fuhrer, owner and managing director of Brauerei Felsenau, and Bernese lawyer Dominique Gottret.
