Bratschi with Solver Advisory and seller A. Schönbächler
Bratschi advised Solver Advisory andthe sellers in connection with the deal that saw listed company Plazza acquire all shares in A. Schönbächler with retroactive effect as of January 1, 2025.
The deal
Structured as a share deal, the operation entails the conclusion of a two-stage bidding process and comprises a centrally located site measuring 14,500 m², consisting of 48 existing apartments and a development plot with a legally approved construction project for a further 92 apartments.
