Bratschi with UBS UBS Switzerland on financing for SSP
Bratschi advised UBS Switzerland on a secured financing for Baar-based Swiss Physio Partner (SSP).
Swiss Physio Partner Group plans to utilise the proceeds from the loan in question to further develop its network of physiotherapy and healthcare centres across Switzerland.
No financial details were released with respect to the financing’s amount.
