VISCHER advised Bregal in its majority stake acquisition in GUS Group

Bregal Unternehmerkapital acquired a majority stake in the Cologne-based GUS Group, one of the main providers of enterprise software for medium-sized companies in process industries. The investment in GUS Group marks already the fifth partnership for Bregal in the field of enterprise software.
