Bregal Unternehmerkapital acquires stake in BSI from Capvis: the advisors

Bregal Unternehmerkapital, advised by Walder Wyss, entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in BSI Software, a provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience (CX) software solutions advised by Niederer Kraft Frey (“NKF”), from Capvis Equity V, advised by Bär & Karrer. The closing is subject to merger control notifications.
