Capital Dynamics purchased 353 MW solar portfolio from Coronal Energy: the advisors

Switzerland-based clean energy infrastructure business of Capital Dynamics, Clean Energy Infrastructure, has acquired the US and Canada-based 16 Solar Project Portfolio of Coronal Energy, LLC for an undisclosed consideration. The acquisition will expand Capital Dynamics’ US-based 4.6 GW solar portfolio and contributes to Clean Energy’s record as a provider of capital to the renewable energy market.

Coronal Energy’s chief legal officer David Lamb took part in the transaction for the seller side.
