Capvis acquired a majority stake in BSI Business Systems Integration: the advisor

Swiss investment firm Capvis has agreed to acquire a majority stake in BSI Business Systems Integration, a customer relationship management (CRM) software solution provider that operates primarily in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
