Cardiocentro merges into Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale. The advisor

Walder Wyss advised Fondazione Cardiocentro Ticino in the context of the complete transfer of its assets to the Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale.

The complex assets transfer represents a milestone for the health system of the Canton of Ticino and completes the public health service in an area in which Cardiocentro has achieved international excellence. The integration and consequent termination of Fondazione Cardiocentro Ticino shall be completed in 2021 and shall give concrete form to the provisions of the Statutes of the private-law foundation created in 1995 to build and operate the only cardiological and cardiosurgical hospital in the region, which was meant to be transferred, after 25 years, to the Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale.
